Create a FREE account on Formed

1. Go to www.Formed.Org
2. Click on “Sign-up”
3. Select "I belong to a Parish Organization".
4. Provide the name of our Parish as "Holy Spirit Catholic Church" in Duncanville, TX.
5. Create your account: Name, email and Click Sign Up.
